Details or notes regarding any of your featured works:
Marissa likes creating shapes and forms with geometric patterns, using shapes, lines, and patterns to create a whole form. She aims to develop color and activate space in her pieces, creating something cohesive out of details and bits she gathers from the world around her and transforming it.

Suggestions for fellow artist:
Do whatever you’re most comfortable doing, but don’t be afraid to explore. It might be hard if your instructors don’t inspire you, but trust and believe in yourself. It sounds corny, but it’s true.

A very fine ball point pen
